Our team at Abakoos Invoicing Software truly believe that the future of how the internet works will be entrenched in cloud computing.  While we’ve been on this bandwagon for quite some time now, it’s always good to see that the rest of the world is starting to embrace a higher level of freedom and lower costs!  Technology is always advancing and the movement to Cloud Computing is gaining stronger momentum everyday.

Rackspace, a premier web hosting company, is flying high into the cloud, and offers its clients computing services online from remote data centers. “We believe that the cloud is a game-changing paradigm shift,” Chief Executive Lanham Napier said in a recent interview with Reuters.

However, Rackspace isn’t the only organization that is starting to turn to Cloud Computing. Universities, not-for-profits, and some large-scale e-tailers are starting to turn towards an environment light on costs, IT support, and hardware. It is this same forward thinking that we have adopted here at Abakoos Invoicing, and the benefits go hand in hand with our clients.

The proof is in the pudding, or in this case, where the money is going. Gartner Research, in a recent study, predicts that revenue generated from Cloud Computing services will grow by 18% in 2009, and by the end of 2013, revenues could increase to $14 billion (with a “B”), which doubles its current total estimated revenue.

So, what does this all mean to you?  It means that industry leaders are beginning to spread their wings and fly into the cloud. They’ve figured out that cloud computing is the cost-efficient future, and when you sign-up for Abakoos Invoicing Software, will be partnering with that same entrepreneurial spirit.
